Privacy Policy

The short version
EtsyBoost is a static website plus one small serverless proxy (a Cloudflare Worker) that forwards keyword searches to Etsy and AI prompts to Google. The proxy keeps no database and no logs of your content — it only passes requests through. We run no analytics.
What happens in your browser
- Built-in AI (when enabled by the site owner): your prompts are sent to our Cloudflare Worker, which forwards them to Google's Gemini API using the owner's key. Prompts may include product titles and image data you choose to process. We store no prompts or images — they pass through and are discarded.
- Your Gemini API key (optional fallback, for the AI generators) is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is sent directly from your browser to Google's API — never through us.
- Your product data, images, and listing drafts are processed in your browser; images you send to the Adobe metadata generator are forwarded through our proxy to Google's Gemini API for analysis and are not stored.
- Keyword searches are sent to a proxy the site owner configures to fetch public Etsy listing data. Until that connection is live, the keyword tool runs in demo mode with sample data. No personal data is included.
What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-ups, no passwords collected.
- No tracking cookies, no analytics beacons.
- No sale or sharing of data with third parties.
Third parties
If you choose to use the AI features, your prompts go to Google (Gemini API) under Google's privacy policy. On Google's free tier, prompts may be used to improve Google's products. Keyword data comes from Etsy.
